Payment Account Manager

About the department: Our Payment Solutions Department drives the development of cutting-edge payment products for several fast-growing iGaming brands. We integrate new payment methods, nurture relationships with providers and ensure seamless, compliant and cost-efficient processing worldwide. Key Responsibilities:  - Act as the primary point of contact for our existing payment providers, resolving operational issues swiftly. - Negotiate commercial terms and technical improvements that strengthen company economics. - Source, evaluate and onboard new providers and payment methods (both on request from other teams and proactively). - Maintain up-to-date documentation, internal knowledge bases and integration check-lists.

- Travel to provider sites, industry events or company offices when needed by management. Required Qualifications:  - Minimum experience in FinTech or iGaming is sufficient (We are happy to consider junior candidates. If you have even a small background in the industry and a strong drive to grow, we’ll teach you the rest).  - Basic understanding of payment flows and risk controls - Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Confident English skills as our day-to-day communication with partners is in English. - Based in Latvia, RigaWhat We Offer:
