FLATBED DRIVER

Position: Flatbed DriverSalary: 2000 AED Food And AccommodationLocation: Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities: Operate a flatbed truck to transport goods and materials to various locations within the UAE Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques Secure loads using straps, chains, and other securing devices to ensure safe transportation Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of deliveries and submit necessary documentation to the office Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members Perform basic maintenance on the truck, such as checking oil and tire pressure, and report any issues to the maintenance team Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentRequirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flatbed driver Experience in the transportation industry, preferably in flatbed trucking Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and routes in the UAE Ability to operate a flatbed truck and other equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus
