It's a very exciting place to be — dynamic, creative, collaborative and very, very busy.We are currently looking for a Specialist colleague into our Fleet Administration Team, who are responsible for financial and accounting activities related to our fleet during the whole life cycle of our vehicles: from the purchase until they are sold.As a Fleet Administration Specialist your role will be:processing, checking, validating and booking all supplier invoices related to car purchases, including the preparation for paymentcalculating the value of vehicles before they are put up for sale (in consideration of the risk/buy back process)preparation of invoices, allocation and booking of incoming payments, as well as collecting the debts when cars are soldkeeping contact and managing the relationship with partners and suppliers both on phone and in writingin case of issues proactively contacting the partner and when necessary escalating problems to senior team members or the team leadermaintaining pro-active contacts with other service areas alongside the BSC, and also with external partnersacting independently within scope of responsibilitykeeping deadlines and aligning with compliance rules, especially Soxsupporting process improvement through sharing ideasTo join us, we are looking forward to your application if you have:English language knowledge (verbal, written) at least on an upper-intermediate leveladditionally knowledge of either Italian or German languages is a plusanalytical mind-setexcellent problem solving skills, logical thinkingaccuracy; ability to work precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines“can do “ mentality, collaborative approach; team spiritconfident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in ExcelDegree in economics and experience in finance/accounting is an advantageWhat we offer:Cafeteria benefits, including SZÉP Card, health fund options, and language courses.Performance bonuses based on your annual gross salary.Medical insuranceAccess to an employee discount program at various hotels, gyms, restaurants, and more.Opportunities to grow through our internal learning portfolio and recognition programs.An extra day off to celebrate your birthday.A vibrant, multinational environment with over 30 nationalities working together at the greenest office in Budapest, the Green House Building.Avis Budget Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
