Fleet Subcontract Management (SPX Express)

Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with 10-20 subcontractors, to negotiate on behalf of SPX Express.Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns from and to internal teams, escalate critical issues to seniors if needed.Monitor subcontractor performance through regular assessments and performance reviews.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields1-2 years of experience in key account, logistics, supply chain management or related fieldsExperience working with subcontractors or vendors is highly desirable.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)Can do attitude, able to work in a fast paced environment environment
