Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexo Operator located in Faisalabad. The Flexo Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses. Daily tasks will include preparing printing plates, adjusting machine settings, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting issues, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that production deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications Experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing pressesProficiency in preparing printing plates and adjusting machine settingsAbility to monitor print quality and troubleshoot issuesMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the packaging or printing industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
