As a Flock Ops expert, you’ll work cross-functionally to support key relationships, manage day-to-day account needs, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What You'll DoCollaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to support customer relationships and manage day-to-day operational needsOwn daily account operations — from quoting to invoicing — ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are metStrategically accept or reject freight to maximize profitabilityManage load boards, coverage decisions, escalations, and timely issue resolutionEnsure successful scheduling and optimize for coverable timeHandle internal and external escalations and resolve service issues efficientlyMaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each account and escalate recurring concerns or service trends to leadershipMonitor and manage billing processes, rates, fuel surcharges, and resolve any related issuesWho You AreYou hold a Bachelor’s DegreeYou’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptableYou have strong problem-solving skills and can handle fast-paced operationsYou’re proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholdersYou have the flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, or holidays as neededYou communicate effectively and have the relationship-building skills to support and delight customersYou’re eager to learn and grow within the logistics and freight industryCompensationThis is a non-exempt role with an hourly rate of $24.
