co/Your RoleAs our Floor Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the space — overseeing daily operations, guiding a small but passionate team, creating an unforgettable customer experience, and bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
- Managing daily floor operations (retail + café) with style and efficiency- Coaching the team on customer service, product knowledge & POS- Optimizing layout and flow to make the space visually compelling and welcoming- Helping execute marketing campaigns and events- Meeting and following up with potential clients, partners, and collaborators- And other assigned tasksWho We’re Looking ForYou’re someone who…- A blend of extroverted presence and warm relational strength- Has 3+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or operations (But we open opportunities for everyone who has the passion and confidence to do it)- Leads with warmth, confidence, and calm under pressure- Pays attention to detail, both in design and execution- Loves turning ideas into action — you don’t wait to be told- Is fluent in English and comfortable representing a brand in client meetings- Feels excited by sustainability, design, fashion, and conscious businessPosition Details- Location:
