Job Title: Flutter Developer (4–5 Years Experience)Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Bangladesh Time (GMT +6)Weekend: Friday & SaturdayAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Flutter and Dart, experience with REST APIs, and a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.You will work closely with our product and design teams to build scalable, high-performing apps that deliver an exceptional user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless app experiences.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services.Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across multiple devices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain app stability and performance.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.Requirements4–5 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter SDK.Experience with State Management tools (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and Cloud Messaging.Understanding of mobile design principles and cross-platform performance optimization.Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Additional RequirementMust be available to attend a daily team meeting at 7:30 PM Bangladesh Time (GMT +6) outside regular working hours.Preferred QualificationsExperience with publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile app development.Knowledge of backend integration or basic DevOps is a plus.
