You’ll work directly with the founding team to build a beautiful, modern, high-converting flight booking experience from the ground up. You’ll touch every part of the user journey and have direct impact on growth, retention, and user love. Your mission? Design, ship, and scale a global consumer product and grow into a product leader while doing it. What You'll Do🎨 Design with purpose: Own the UX/UI across mobile and desktop for our flight booking platform from search results to cart, payment flows, loyalty, and more 🧪 Prototype and iterate fast:

Work with AI and design tools (figma, V0, lovable, Stitch, etc) ship testable concepts, and get user feedback quickly 📈 Design for outcomes: Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to improve core KPIs like look-to-book, NPS, and retention 📊 Turn insights into UX: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions 🤝 Work with partners: Create polished design assets and co-branded landing pages that balance Fly Fairly’s brand with payment and airline partners 🚀 Grow into product leadership:

Learn to scope features, write user stories, define product metrics, and make tradeoffsWho You Are🌟 A soon-to-be or recent graduate (0–2 YOE) with a strong design portfolio and hunger to build 🌍 Experience with consumer UX, even if through internships, personal projects, or freelance 🎯 Excellent Figma skills and a strong eye for mobile-first, modern design 🧠 A thinker who understands design is not just about how it looks, but how it works 💬 Great communicator: clear, kind, and comfortable talking to stakeholders and users 🛠️ Strong sense of ownership:
