Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rai, Kuwait, for an FMCG Coops & Hypers Sales Representative. The role involves managing relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector, focusing on coops and hypermarkets. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, introducing company products to clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and addressing client needs effectively. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in FMCG or a related industry.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, particularly with coops and hypermarket chains.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively promote products and services.Proficiency in market research and an understanding of local market trends and competition in the FMCG sector.Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and meeting targets.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software tools.Prior experience in sales within FMCG or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
