Kitchen Technician

Someone reliable, skilled, and proactive—who ensures our kitchens operate smoothly, safely, and without interruption.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Performing maintenance and repairs on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, burners, fryers, dishwashers, chillers, freezers, and other food preparation machinery.Conducting routine inspections, testing equipment performance, and identifying potential issues before breakdowns occur.Responding quickly to service requests from the kitchen team and resolving issues efficiently to avoid operational disruptions.Supporting preventive maintenance schedules and documenting all work completed.Coordinating with the Engineering team and external service providers when major repairs or specialized tasks are required.Ensuring all kitchen equipment meets safety, hygiene, and operational standards.Maintaining tools, spare parts, and materials in an organized and safe manner.Assisting in energy-saving initiatives by monitoring and maintaining equipment efficiency.What We Need From YouHigh school diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment maintenance.1–3 years of experience in maintaining commercial kitchen equipment—hospitality experience preferred.Strong understanding of electrical systems, gas systems, refrigeration, and mechanical components used in kitchen appliances.Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and follow safety procedures.Good communication skills and a proactive, service-minded attitude.Must speak basic English; additional languages may be preferred.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance calls.What You Can Expect From UsWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
