Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSupport the formulation and execution of the Annual Compliance Plan.Conduct periodic Distributor Retail Standards (DRS) readiness assessments across all Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars (MBPC) operating locations, ensuring 100% compliance with Mercedes Benz requirements. Report findings and non-compliance to management with clear recommendations for corrective action.Assist Daimler teams during year-end compliance audits at MBPC locations in Kuwait, facilitating smooth and transparent audit processes.Perform Stellantis DRS Facility and Process readiness audits at all MBMC Sales and Service locations to ensure operational adherence. Support Stellantis during their annual audits and provide actionable insights for improvement.Carry out Compliance Risk Assessments, identifying high and medium risk areas for proactive management intervention and risk mitigation.Contribute to the development and periodic review of policies and procedures across departments, integrating appropriate controls to address compliance gaps and operational deficiencies.Execute compliance reviews to assess adherence to established policies and procedures; highlight deficiencies and recommend timely remediation.Assist in designing and enhancing compliance audit programs that align with business objectives and the specific risk profile of each operational area.Gather, review, and analyze documentation and data to support fact-based compliance assessments and investigations.Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports for Executive Management, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insight.Evaluate the effectiveness of operational, financial, and IT controls, and assess adherence to internal policies, strategic goals, and applicable laws and regulations.Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, digital automation projects, and IT-driven compliance enhancements to optimize audit and compliance operations.Visit operational sites for conducting audits, reviews, and compliance engagements as required.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Finance / LawProfessional certification in Compliance is a plusExperienceYears of Experience: 6 - 8 YearsField of Experience: ComplianceSkillsStrong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.Ethical, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.Strong business acumen with sound understanding of compliance, audit, and control frameworks.Excellent organizational, planning, and report-writing skills.Strong communication and influencing skills across various levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Methodical, diligent, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.Job RemarksPreferred Language: EnglishJob Country: KuwaitDuty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 700 am to 3:00 pm
