The F&B Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, profitable, and high-quality operation of all food and beverage outlets, which may include restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The core mission is to manage and drive all aspects of the outlet's operations to consistently and profitably deliver high-quality F&B service while ensuring absolute adherence to all food safety standards and the effective operation of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
