The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing training programs for staff, and maintaining budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and making sure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
