This strategic role combines expert product management with operational oversight, financial accountability, and a strong focus on the guest experience. This position is pivotal in supporting our global expansion, ensuring consistent excellence and commercial efficiencies across all sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire F&B product lifecycle (excluding kitchen-produced meals), managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring our lounges operate efficiently and in line with Aspire brand standards.Your activitiesF&B Product Strategy & DevelopmentOwn and develop the strategy for all beverage and commercially sourced food products across the lounge network.Design, source, and execute all beverage menus (wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea) and complementary retail/packaged food offerings that reflect the Aspire brand identity and guest preferences.Work in close partnership with the Global F&B Director and the Culinary Manager to drive and evolve a cohesive F&B vision, integrating emerging consumer trends.Commercial & Supplier ManagementManage key stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, manufacturers, and brand partners, to extract best value and drive innovation.Lead supplier negotiations, ensure contract compliance, and manage the portfolio of products to meet quality and cost targets.Source and implement high-performing, agile, and cost-effective products and supply chain solutions.Operational OversightOversee F&B product ordering (non-culinary), supplier delivery schedules, and inventory control to minimise waste and ensure cost-effective purchasing.Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to all F&B delivery and service to ensure brand consistency.Develop and audit lounge operations to ensure compliance with all F&B guidelines, including licensing laws and brand standards.Stock control, cost control, invertories.Financial & Commercial AccountabilityHold full accountability for F&B budgets, with a focus on beverage and all non-kitchen related product costs.Monitor performance against financial targets, analyse sales and consumption reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.Identify additional sales opportunities and drive promotions to enhance revenue and guest experience.Guest Experience & Brand StandardsEnsure all F&B offerings meet Aspire brand guidelines to enhance the lounge guest experience.Collaborate with the Culinary Manager and lounge teams to design and implement a dynamic, seasonal F&B calendar and brand activations.Hold direct accountability for CSAT and NPS metrics related to the F&B experience, working to resolve any arising problems or complaints.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with procurement, marketing, HR, and lounge operations to deliver a cohesive and efficient service.Act as a key strategic partner to the Culinary Manager, ensuring a seamless and integrated F&B strategy.Your profileExperienceMinimum 5 years in a senior F&B management or product development role, with demonstrable success managing multi-site operations.Skills & AttributesStrong commercial expertise across the full F&B spectrum, with particular strength in beverage categories and product sourcing.Proven leadership and sophisticated supplier management capabilities.Exceptional financial acumen and budget management experience.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems.A clear communicator with a collaborative and intensely customer-focused mindset.At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
