Our rustic villas and suites are intimate retreats and will make you feel like a castaway who has struck gold.What You Will DoSupervise and manage all operational aspects of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring professional behaviour and high productivityConduct daily staff briefings and take charge in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant ManagerCollaborate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and cashier teams to ensure smooth operationsConduct weekly training sessions on food and beverage menus to ensure team knowledge and service excellenceParticipate in weekly inventory checks for equipment, food items, and stationeryEnsure all orders are issued only against proper documentationMaintain impeccable appearance and grooming standards for yourself and your teamEnsure timely setup of outlet areas and completion of mise en place aligned with operating hoursPrepare store requisitions and manage stock as requiredWelcome guests warmly and ensure prompt, professional service throughout their visitMaintain cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet and related areas at all timesAddress guest complaints directly or escalate to the Outlet Manager as neededAttend all team meetings and briefings to promote open communication and continuous improvementKnow the menu and pricing thoroughly and provide recommendations to guestsDemonstrate flexibility by working in other areas as neededHandle basic cashier duties efficiently and accuratelyAdhere strictly to Four Seasons Core Standards, Policies & Procedures, and Safety ProtocolsMaintain punctuality, wearing correct uniform and nametag at all timesFoster positive working relationships within the outlet team and with other departmentsSupport and contribute actively to staff meetings, training sessions, and hotel initiativesUndertake additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Outlet ManagerProvide clear work direction to servers to ensure high-quality guest serviceSupervise service flow and provide hands-on support during service periodsAssist management with coaching and counselling to enhance team capability and guest satisfactionWho You AreExperienced in a supervisory role within food and beverage (minimum 2 years preferred)Strong communicator, enthusiastic, flexible, and attentive to detailCreative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environmentKnowledge of additional languages is an advantageCommitted to delivering impeccable customer service aligned with Four Seasons standardsWhat We OfferAn unparalleled opportunity to work in a stunning luxury island resortA supportive and professional team environment within the prestigious Four Seasons brandOngoing training and development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageEmployee discounts for stays at Four Seasons properties worldwideSchedule & HoursThis is a full-time position with flexibility required to work longer hours based on business needs.
