Confidence in following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section. A strong desire to grow—many of our Head Waiters are promoted from within, supported by the Columbo Academy development programme. What To ExpectCompetitive Pay: £12.25 per hour + tronc (total typically £13–16 phr). Paid fortnightly (wages) and monthly (tronc).
