Food Waste Consultant

Location: Remote in GermanyStart Date: Immediately  Duration: Full-Time, PermanentRequirement: English and German (Fluent)Salary: 36-48k (Depending on Experience)Your PositionAs a Food Waste Consultant you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients. Your role will include guiding customers through every step of the journey, from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and setting goals. You’ll ensure that they have everything they need to successfully reduce food waste, all while maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client.This position is perfect for someone who is action-oriented, results-driven, and eager to make a tangible impact on food waste reduction in the hospitality sector. If you’re looking for a role that allows you to work independently while contributing to a dynamic and passionate team, this is the perfect opportunity.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage your own portfolio of clients, helping them reach their food waste reduction goals.Guide customers through their journey: from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and helping them achieve their sustainability targets.Ensure the quality of data provided by customers and help conduct customer review and goal-setting meetings.Collect customer feedback to ensure optimal product usage and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and service offerings.Support with hardware installations and kick-off meetings to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding.Understand the product inside out and assist customers with any basic technical questions related to our solution.Skills & QualificationsFluent in German and advanced or proficient English skills.
