Our team supports 18 countries in APAC and the EU, making data-driven pricing decisions to support growth and profitability in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Purpose of the Position: Analyze available data to proactively produce material with practical applications in last-mile logistics. Identify, initiate, and ensure the implementation of new processes and/or structures, and contribute to the coordination of the department by aligning, creating, and continuously improving work methodology, routines, tool usage, and documentation. Project lead for major initiatives and owner of the Logistics department’s project and improvement portfolio. Expected Outcomes:

Implementation and integration of new data-driven processes. Overall improved logistics performance through analytics, processes, and structures. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the most efficient internal processes in the department and contribute to strengthening and improving overall logistics quality and performanceOwn and coordinate the Logistics department’s project portfolioThe position reports directly to the Head of Logistics and collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments, both within and outside of NorwayWork Environment / Department Description: An active and dynamic environment with many initiatives and high engagement.

One of four direct reports to the Head of Logistics, all of whom work closely with the local Fleet Health organization, which is responsible for courier engagement, support, and compliance. What You Will Do: Analyze data on courier and vendor performance. Assess how current initiatives are working by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Propose changes and initiatives with a department-wide perspectiveOptimize processes and implement improvements. Many departmental routines can be made more efficient and faster. You will analyze and evaluate them and suggest improvementsEvaluate initiatives.

When new routines, systems, or processes are introduced, we also want to evaluate their outcomes based on available data. Suggest adjustments to achieve even better resultsPresent data findings to the department along with improvement proposals—for example, performance deviations in certain cities, logistics efficiency opportunities, or simpler ways to complete existing tasksOwn, follow up, and coordinate the Logistics department’s project portfolio. At times, you will act as a project lead for larger initiatives requiring significant implementation effort and multiple stakeholders, which may increase your project workload percentageQualificationsEducation:

Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Industrial Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Technology. Experience: Experience with data processing for business decision-making. Forecast analysis understanding is desirableExperience in project management—leading smaller projects or acting as a sub-project lead in larger initiativesExperience in process/structure implementation and leadership is considered a plusExperience from platform-based companies is an advantageSpecific Skills: Data analysis for business decision-making. Forecasting analysis knowledge is desirable. Technical Skills: Experience with data warehouses, SQL, and Excel expertiseAbove-average interest in technology is a plusProficiency in presentation tools (e. g. , PowerPoint)Other Requirements: Fluent in English
