Job DescriptionAre you looking for a role where you can have an impact on Talent Development (TD) initiatives in 18 markets? Do you enjoy moving fluidly between program management and hands-on workshop support? We are looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join the regional Pandora team, a small but mighty group of humans dedicated to fostering engagement, enhancing performance, and providing comprehensive learning solutions to our global workforce. In this role you will support all our TD initiatives through a blend of program management, vendor management, analysis and data reporting, and facilitation support.

The primary language of work will be English. Key Responsibilities: Program Management Support You will support TD program management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across 3 brands and 18 markets. You will oversee employee enrollment management and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes. You will monitor participant feedback and ensure its implementation to continuously improve our programs. You will assist with procurement, budgeting, and efficient contract negotiations to add to our portfolio of highly qualified & engaged international faculty & training providers.

Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support You will liaise with country and brand leads to monitor employee engagement with L&D programs, fostering strong relationships and gathering insights. By mastering our Learning Management System (LMS), you will prepare monthly and quarterly engagement reports, providing data-driven insights to global People & Culture and business leadership. You will help prepare concise and compelling data stories, communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders as it relates to talent initiatives within our Pandora strategy.
