Footwear Developer Specialist (PCC Developer)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical development process of footwear products, from initial concept to final production, manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain effective communication across functions, and ensure timelines and are achieved.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in any major3–6 years of experience in footwear product development is requiredExperience working on multiple footwear categoriesSolid understanding of shoemaking processes, material and toolingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvementsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentsFluent in both spoken and written EnglishStrong awareness of HSE standardsOpen for people with disabilities
