Staff, Digital Terminal Management Unit

This role is managed tasks and duties of Terminal Management Unit to ensure ongoing performance and good for support business requirement.

Main DutiesMonitoring ATM performance (Hardware/Software/ATM Network);Control and install new ATM at ATM Side;Schedule onside and off side fixing ATM issues (Hardware / Software);Coordinate with relevant team on ATM deployment, maintenance, and related issues;Repair ATM spare part for re-use;Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs (PP and Provinces);Provide the ATM journal log and transaction images to Accounting Reconcile team;Backup all ATM logs and transaction images;Perform other duties assigned by manager. Skills/ ExperiencesBachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.

At least one-year experience in ATM technical skill;Computer study (Computer science & engineering);Technical computer and ATM technical skill;Good organizational and time management skills;Self-starter and eager to learn new things;Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
