Lead, inspire and develop the Vendor Management and Procurement teams based in DublinDrive sourcing strategy across IT and Non-IT categories through data-driven insights and market intelligenceBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to challenge and support procurement decisionsOversee contract negotiation and vendor agreements to ensure best-in-class pricing, service, and legal complianceSupport global vendor due diligence and continuous monitoring processes in collaboration with broader teamsAnalyse spend and procurement data to identify cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation opportunitiesEnsure accurate, timely processing of requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policiesRequirements10+ years of procurement and sourcing experience across both tech and non-tech categoriesProven leadership capability with a passion for developing high performing teamsResults driven, collaborative mindset and the confidence to work autonomouslyExperience with Oracle or other procure-to-pay systems is a strong advantageExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levelsHighly analytical, organised, and comfortable with change and complexityA natural problem solver with a proactive, solutions oriented approachThe Offer:
