Outsourcing Accounting Manager

Due to the continuing growth of our practice and the high demand for quality Finance and Accounting services, we are now recruiting a Manager in Business Process Outsourcing services team for our office in Athens. ResponsibilitiesActively participating in key decisions concerning the service lineWorking in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals;Managing your teams and making sure that the services we deliver meet our high quality standards;Organizing the team efficiently and making sure that all project milestones are met;Delivering excellent client service;Understanding the business of our clients and tailor our services to fit their needs;Translating business needs of clients into business and functional requirements for technology solutions implementation;Perform a wide variety of tasks to support the financial analysis process, including compiling data from various data sources using a broad range of tools (MS Excel , Power BI) and building advanced reports;Mentor, guide and train junior staff and act as role model;Collaboration in a team-oriented environment for developing innovative approaches to address, efficiently, day to day challengesAnticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity;Maintain highest standards of business ethicsRequirements7+ years of professional experience in a relevant role, ideally in a professional services firm;Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university;Completion or final stage participation in a relevant professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA); will be considered as a plusWorking knowledge of Power Query and Power BI will be considered as a plusExcellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office;Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek)A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels;Good coaching and mentoring skills for younger team membersAbility and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;Adaptability and agility to change;Willingness for continuous learning and development;Excellent business acumen and commercial awarenessBenefitsCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate insuranceFlexible working scheme Continuous training and career development opportunitiesAbout Forvis MazarsForvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
