Founder's Associate (Intern)

Relocal is an AI-powered global talent mobility platform.With Relocal, we’re building the global infrastructure for healthcare talent workforce by unifying AI-powered recruitment, job search, talent matching, immigration, and relocation capabilities into one seamless platform, enabling hospitals to hire talent from anywhere, and talents to work and live where they want to. 🌎💼 The Role:We’re looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to assist the cofounders in all things growth, strategy, and operations. This isn’t a traditional internship role. It’s an invitation to co-build and a front-row seat to building a global mobility company. 🚀 Your Ownership Areas:i) You’ll get to be the brains behind the company, You will be driving growth which includes tasks like exploring GTM channels, spearhead expansion into new international markets, developing internal playbooks/processes to scale our business.You will help the founders validate new verticals which would require deep understanding of our candidate segment, researching competition, running on-ground experiments and analysing data.You will assist the cofounders with shareholder engagement activities, including investor/VC meetings, calls, and putting together investor pitch decks.📝 Qualifications:Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.Has a growth, critical thinking mindset and able to navigate ambiguous environmentsYou're an aspiring entrepreneur/venture builderLanguage proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (Malay Language) and Mandarin is a plus!📍Work Arrangements: Min 3 months commitment Hybrid 💰 What You’ll Get:RM1,000 monthly internship allowanceHands-on exposure to global operations and startup expansion🌎 About Relocal and our Mission Statement:We’re tackling the $60B global healthcare talent crunch by bringing solving the opaque, fragmented immigration and overseas job-search landscape.
