£50k–£70k DOE + Equity | London (Hybrid)About ROXFITROXFIT is building the ultimate hybrid fitness platform - combining in-person training, tracking, habit systems, community, and next-generation product design into one seamless experience.Our vision is to create a platform that genuinely helps people stay accountable, build lasting habits, and achieve meaningful transformation. We blend technology, psychology, and world-class coaching into a single integrated experience.We’ve recently launched V2, and we’re moving fast. Things are breaking, evolving, and improving constantly. We need someone who wants to help us build a category-defining product from the ground up.What You’ll DoA blend of product, operations, and execution:Run product triage across bugs, features, user feedback, and prioritiesTurn raw ideas into clear requirements and next stepsKeep engineering and design aligned, unblocked, and moving quicklyCreate simple, effective processes without adding bureaucracyIdentify UX and training-flow issues early and propose solutionsOwn operations across product, support, and internal workflowsFilter decisions before they reach the founderTake ownership of cross-functional tasks and projectsReduce noise and maintain execution momentum across the companyAct as the link between users, product, and the wider teamBring deep fitness context into product decisions so we build the right things for HYROX and hybrid athletesYou will be deeply involved in shaping future versions of the product and scaling the operational backbone of the company.Who This Role Is ForYou may be:An ex-founder who wants to build again with more focus and supportA sharp operator who is passionate about productA generalist who thrives in fast-changing environmentsA problem-solver who can think clearly and execute without hand-holdingSomeone who cares deeply about user experience and product qualitySomeone with a strong interest in health, fitness, and hybrid trainingIdeally involved in HYROX, functional fitness, endurance, or hybrid competitionA genuine passion for fitness is essential.
