We are currently hiring for "Founder's Office" role with a leading technology startup based out in Bangalore He/She would be serving as the strategic partner, executing high-impact projects across strategy, operations, people, and growth. The role requires a generalist who operates in ambiguity, switches between strategic planning and execution, and solves critical business problems. Responsibilities span GTM strategy, enterprise account management, organizational design, and investor relations.Key Responsibilities:-Strategy & Business Growth - Partners with the founders on strategic planning, translating vision into executable roadmaps.Operations & Execution - Owns critical cross-functional initiatives, coordinating across product, engineering, operations, and finance to remove bottlenecks and ensure delivery. Manages daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to maintain team alignment and commitment delivery.Supports organizational design, talent planning, and hiring for key roles; builds high-performing teams with leadership.Enterprise & Stakeholder Management - Leads enterprise account management, building relationships with key partners, vendors, and clients to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.Requirements:-Education: Tier-1 engineering degree (IIT, BITS, NIT) or MBA (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS or equivalent).Experience: 5–7 years in consulting as an analyst or consultant at MBB or other notable consulting firms
