Here, energy meets expertise, and new opportunities unfold every day.About the RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic Founder Support & Program Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our client and program operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for founders joining our network, helping them onboard, connect with resources, and navigate our programs with ease.From managing our CRM and LMS systems to supporting events, communications, and reporting, this role blends operations, relationship management, and program delivery, ensuring that every founder who works with Sandbox has an exceptional experience.What You’ll DoFounder Intake & OnboardingReview new founder applications for eligibility and readiness.Complete intake scorecards, analyze data, and schedule onboarding calls.Ensure all supporting documents are received and founders are properly set up in Monday CRM and LEANSTACK (LMS).Coordinate onboarding for new Expert Advisors, Mentors, Program Partners, and Referral Partners.Support in-person Founder Orientation Sessions and Quarterly Expert Advisor Meetings.Assist with administration and tracking of custom programming, including the Stage-Gating process for founder progress.If applicable support founders with pitch decks, growth support and Mentor/Expert Advisor Support Founder Communication & Learning ManagementMaintain the LMS platform, keeping programming calendars, group chats, and resource libraries up to date.Promote founder engagement by sharing learning opportunities, events, and updates across platforms.Prepare and distribute founder updates, Expert Advisor updates and learning content.Facilitate surveys and collect feedback to continuously improve founder experience and program design.Program & Event CoordinationSupport early-stage and commercialization programming by coordinating workshops, masterclasses, and events (scheduling, communication, logistics, attendance).Track participation across all Sandbox programs and events, ensuring accurate data entry in Monday CRM.Manage follow-up surveys and post-event communications.Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote programming and provide onsite or virtual event support as needed.Support RIC related programming and outcomes. Data Management & ReportingMaintain organized, up-to-date client and activity data in Monday CRM.Regularly audit CRM data to ensure accuracy, update templates, and refine workflows for greater efficiency.Monitor founder engagement metrics on LEANSTACK, reporting low-usage trends to the team.Track and report Sandbox’s KPIs tied to funded programs and organizational deliverables.Support leadership with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and impact summaries for funders and stakeholders.Manage survey follow-up to ensure a high response rate and input results into the CRM.Operational & Administrative SupportAssist with presentation materials, meeting minutes, and administrative coordination for cross-team initiatives.Support smooth day-to-day operations of Sandbox programs and shared office functions.Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify process improvements that enhance founder and partner experience.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or program coordination role.Hands-on experience with CRM software, LMS systems, and Google Workspace.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.2+ years of Innovation Ecosystem Experience Minimum of 1+ years of Founder Support ExperienceA proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A positive energy and a genuine interest in supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.Nice to HavePost-secondary education in Business, Project, or Event Management (or related field).Experience working with several startups, small businesses, or partnerships with other innovation ecosystems.Experience with reporting to government agencies and other funders. Familiarity with AI tools.Familiarity with Financial Audits What We OfferA vibrant, start-up-inspired culture where every day brings new opportunities.A supportive environment where your ideas and growth are valued.A gorgeous workplace on the water in the heart of Downtown Barrie.A passionate team that works hard, supports each other, and knows how to have fun.Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and paid time off.ScheduleMonday to Friday (some flexibility required for events outside regular hours).Ready to Join Us?If this sounds like your kind of team, we’d love to hear from you!Please submit your resume and a short cover letter sharing why you’re excited to support founders at Sandbox Centre.
