Our mission is to make high-performance computing seamless, accessible, and tailored to the needs of modern AI and ML workloads. We’re not just deploying infrastructure – we’re designing and building our own large-scale GPU clusters from scratch. If you’ve ever wanted to help shape a cloud platform from day one, this is your moment.The Role:As Founders’ Associate, you work directly with our founding team as a sparring partner across strategy, operations, and growth. You’ll get a front-row seat to building a deep-tech startup and take ownership of your own projects – from day-to-day ops to highly strategic initiatives.This is a hands-on, generalist role – perfect if you’re curious about startups, tech, and AI infrastructure and want to learn how a company is built from zero.What You’ll DoSupport the founders in their day-to-day workRun research & analysis on markets, customers, competitors, funding programs, and partnersHelp design and improve internal processes (ops, hiring, finance, reporting, knowledge management)Work closely with our GTM and product teams (Drive process improvements by building automations, Curate and create content)Conduct market research on emerging industries, trends, and competitors to inform growth strategy.Take ownership of your own initiatives that move the business forward – from idea to execution and trackingWhat We’re Looking ForHigh ambition and strong drive to have real impact in an early-stage deep-tech startupVery strong analytical and structured thinking skills (e.g. from studies, projects, internships)First experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, finance, VC, or similar) is a plusAffinity for tech and AI topics – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re curious and willing to dive inHands-on mindset: you enjoy building, fixing, and iterating rather than just pointing out problemsClear communication skills in English (German a plus)Bonus PointsPrevious exposure to AI, cloud, or infrastructure topicsYou’ve built something yourself before (a project, venture, student initiative, conference, etc.)Why Join UsLearn from the inside: Work directly with the founders and see how strategic decisions are made and executedReal ownership: Take responsibility for your own projects instead of doing “busy work”Steep learning curve: Deep exposure to startup operations, fundraising, strategy, and AI infrastructureEarly-stage journey: Join at day zero and help shape the culture, processes, and trajectory of LyceumLyceum is an equal opportunity employer.
