Location: 1-2 days in office / LondonSalary: competitive + performance related bonusesWe’re Thyme and Fynza - two sides of the same talent engine.Thyme: a specialist tech recruitment agency that helps high-growth companies hire faster and smarter.Fynza: our embedded and project-based model for startups that need flexible, on-demand talent solutions.We’re now looking for an analytical, commercially-minded associate who can help run the business with precision, keeping us organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll act as the operational backbone of our founder, making sure we stay sharp, structured, and ahead of our targets.1. Lead Generation & ResearchMap the startup ecosystem (Pre-Seed → Series B) and identify potential clients.Translate funding signals, hiring trends, and founder movements into BD opportunities.Maintain and refresh client hotlists in RecruitCRM.2. Data & Sales EnablementKeep the CRM clean, accurate, and insightful.Track KPIs, run weekly stand-ups, and provide performance insights.Help turn conversations, calls, and candidate data into usable BD leads.Assist with pitches, decks, and client follow-ups.Coordinate outbound efforts - events, meetups, socials, and campaign prep.3.
