This role is ideal for a compliance professional who combines sound business judgment with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to programme delivery.Role OverviewYou’ll provide commercially astute compliance and operational support within the Group Ethics & Compliance function (part of the Legal team). Reporting to the Group Ethics & Compliance Director, you’ll collaborate across multiple markets and business units to strengthen compliance frameworks, support policy governance, and drive engagement across all levels of the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage core ethics and compliance initiatives to support a best-in-class compliance programme.Oversee compliance operations across key risk areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, sanctions, export controls, and financial crime (including “failure to prevent” offences).Support the creation and delivery of compliance communications, training, and committee governance.Manage conflicts of interest and gifts & hospitality disclosure processes.Conduct third-party due diligence checks and assess red flag reports.Support compliance reporting, committee decks, and presentations.Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, Responsible Business, and other functions to embed compliance into business operations.Benchmark compliance activities against global best practice, exploring opportunities for automation and efficiency.Partner with global affiliates on enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.What You’ll BringA degree or professional qualification in law, audit, or compliance.Proven experience managing a corporate compliance risk management programme within a regulated or publicly traded international business.Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, project delivery, and policy implementation.Up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance legislation and best practices.Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills, with superior attention to detail.A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.Experience working within a matrixed, multinational environment and sensitivity to cultural differences.Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance reporting tools.Additional language skills beneficial but not essential.Why JoinCompetitive salary and benefits, including pension, private healthcare, discounted mobile and broadband, and exclusive rewards.Hybrid working with access to exceptional on-site facilities—restaurants, gym, cinema, and wellness amenities.Inclusive and supportive work culture with opportunities for personal and professional growth.Be part of a team committed to high standards, integrity, and innovation, driving compliance excellence across global markets.
