The Founder’s Office sits at the heart of this vision, working across people, process, and possibilities to ensure our mission moves forward.We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Associate to join the founder’s office—a dynamic, generalist role that offers unmatched exposure across departments and decision-making.Links Framed Memoirs - instagram.com/framed.memoirs | website - www.framedmemoirs.in Framed Productions - instagram.com/productions.framed | Website - www.framedproductions.in Framed Studio - instagram.com/theframedstudio | Website - www.theframedstudio.inWhat You’ll Be Doing Administration & operations: Maintain founder schedules, coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration Help document internal processes and track team deliverables Business development support: Align calendars, schedule and prepare for BD meetings Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionables, and ensure timely execution People & culture: Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job descriptions, scheduling, screening) Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture Strategic support: Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders Step in wherever needed—be it idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordinationAbout Company: Established in the year 2014, Framed is a Kolkata-based company providing photography & videography services across several domains.
