Building systems that can parse, reason, and learn from complex construction data.You’ll work with unstructured and domain-specific data (Plans, bids, and spec sheets) to build pipelines, agents, and models that can **parse documents**, **interpret ambiguous scopes, and highlight discrepancies in real time.You’ll design and implement robust validation pipelines as well as ensure explainability, traceability, and reliability of AI outputs.Because we’re still early, you’ll shape the entire AI stack and set engineering standards for scalability, security, and experimentation velocity.You’ll work hand-in-hand with founders and customers to co-design features that solve real field problems, then productize them so every project makes the next one faster.What We're Looking ForParis‑based (or ready to relocate, we will help).
