Founding AI Frontend Developer | naptha.aiAbout the role: We are seeking a talented frontend developer to join our team as a founding member, focusing on rapidly developing and deploying dynamic user interfaces for products built on our custom multi-agent system stack. This role involves creating intuitive, responsive, and powerful interfaces that enable users to interact seamlessly with our AI systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern frontend development, UI/UX design principles, and experience with real-time web applications and AI-powered interfaces.Design and implement intuitive, responsive interfaces that effectively visualize complex AI agent interactions and workflowsDevelop and optimize React/JavaScript applications that support AI-driven user experiencesRapidly prototype and iterate on UIs based on user feedback and evolving product requirementsWork closely with our AI engineering team to ensure frontend components effectively leverage our multi-agent system capabilitiesCreate reusable UI components and establish frontend architecture patterns for future developmentImplement real-time data visualization and interaction patterns that help users understand and control AI agent behaviorsEnsure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of all user interfacesContribute to the overall product vision and help define the user experience of our multi-agent systemsIn this role, you're a good fit if you have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Design, or related field3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue, or similar modern frontend frameworksExperience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand), responsive web design, and building complex interactive user interfacesStrong understanding of UI/UX design principles, HTML5, CSS3, and best practices for AI-driven applicationsFamiliarity with WebSocket, GraphQL, REST APIs or similar technologies for real-time data handlingExperience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Three.js, etc.)Knowledge of frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPassion for AI technologies, LLMs, and human-AI interaction paradigmsAbout the hiring process:Video interview with hiring managerTake-home projectPresentation of take-home project to panelInterview with co-foundersCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of companyCommensurate with experience
