Think multi-agent planners with memory, tool use, and self-reflection. RL loops that can bid, budget, and correct in live traffic.Your work becomes the heartbeat of an AI platform that learns and self-optimises in the wild.You’ll be doing things likeDesigning multi-agent control systems that plan, act, and self-correctDeploying contextual bandits and RL for real-world budget and pacing decisionsBuilding safety loops, simulation environments, and continuous learning pipelinesTranslating research into live systems that actually ship and move KPIsYou should have5–7 years in applied ML - ideally with systems that touched real users or revenueDeep Python + PyTorch fluencyExperience in agentic LLM systems, reinforcement learning, or retrievalStrong grounding in experiment design and statistical reasoningThe ability to move fluidly between notebook, codebase, and productionWhy it’s worth your timeYou’ll define the scientific backbone of an AI-first companyWork directly with founders on autonomy, safety, and controlCompetitive comp + meaningful equityRemote-friendly, borderless team, fast-movingThe company is not in a position to sponsor unfortunately.
