Job title: Founding Outbound SDRLocation: LondonStart date: ASAPReports to: CROCompensation: £40k–£65k (£30–£45k base + £10–£20k bonus) plus equityCosine at a glanceCosine is an autonomous, on-premise coding agent post-trained on human reasoning data to deliver unmatched software-engineering accuracy, security, and speed for regulated enterprisesWhat makes us unique is our in-house ML research lab that post-trains LLMs (e.g. GPT-5, gpt-oss, Kimi) on proprietary software-engineering reasoning data to dramatically increase their coding accuracy. In 2024 this gave us a state-of-the-art score of 72% on OpenAI’s SWE-Lancer benchmarkCosine is now the only available managed product that can be fully air-gapped and deployed on premises, exciting many bulge bracket but extremely risk sensitive and strict enterprises that have rejected all other solutions on the market. We've got our first pilots up and running with global investment banks and defence primes and are now looking to scale our GTM functionThe roleYou’ll build Cosine’s outbound motion from zero to one, embedding agentic processes from the very start: define ICPs, craft sequences, book meetings with senior engineering leaders, and convert them into SAOs that become our first flagship customers.Your responsibilities:Prospect & research: Build high‑quality target lists across priority verticals (FS, Defence, Gov, advanced manufacturing) and personas (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI innovation)Run sequences: Design multi‑touch, multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) with crisp, technical‑aware messaging, and harnessing AI and outsourced partnersFirst‑call qualification: Hold initial conversations to confirm fitBook & brief: Secure meetings and prepare AEs with account notes; own the handoffExperiment & learn: A/B subject lines, steps, and messaging weekly; share insights with C-suiteOwn hygiene: keep CRM immaculate (contacts, activities, dispositions) and hit daily/weekly activity targetsYou'll thrive here if you:Are keen to build and run a set of agentic AI SDR tools to maximise efficiencyAre intellectually curious, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and master the contentExisting technical fluency in coding tools and AI is a plusHave a demonstrated track record in SDR/BDR roles with a track record of over‑achievement (enterprise/technical products a plus)Write clearly and tailor messages to technical and executive personasAre curious & analytical: you test hypotheses, look at conversion data, report on metrics, and iterate fastOperate with discipline: clean CRM, punctual follow‑ups, and accountability to SLAsWant to work hard and push yourself in return for significant upsideHow we work (tooling & stack)Today we use Attio, Lemlist, PostHog, Notion, Slack, G-Suite.
