FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team in Singapore!Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikePreparing reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisProvide insights, results commentary, variance analysis and identify risks to business targetsAnalyse current and past financial data and provide analysis on trendsProvide management reports to senior management and work closely with business as a finance business partnerAnalyse and develop reports on sales and other operational performance MetricesPrepare monthly forecastsWork with business to develop annual budgets and long term commercial plansDeveloping financial models and providing financial forecastsProvide information or analysis on any ad-hoc requests on reporting or financial analysisAny other/ad-hoc tasks assigned by the ManagerSkills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessDegree/diploma in Finance or AccountingFinance Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysisStrong understanding of finance conceptsAttention to detail and inquisitive mindsetAdvanced Microsoft Excel experienceAbility to analyse large Data setsAbility to partner with senior management and businessAble to Work under time tight deadlinesHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
