About The RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a leading fintech player in the region. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a vital role in driving financial planning and analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and supporting key investor relations activities. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making and the company's capital-raising activities, directly ensuring the company's sustained growth and long-term success.What You Will DoPrepare weekly/monthly financial reports and presentations, highlighting key business drivers, performance against budget, and opportunities for cost optimization and financial improvementBuild, maintain, update financial models and forecasts to support scenario planning, business decision-making and long-term strategic growthContribute to strategic war room discussions, validating rolling forecasts against financial models and pricing analyses, delivering data-driven insights to drive strategic alignmentPartner with cross-functional teams, including accounting, commercial and data functions, to enhance financial processes, systems, and tools for improved efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityAssist in preparing Board of Directors presentations, ensuring high-quality materials are presented in a timely and insightful mannerCoordinate due diligence processes for any fundraising and capital-raising initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required documentsManage ongoing investor communications, including answering inquiries and maintaining accurate investor databasesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution4-6 years of experience in commercial FP&A, corporate finance, or a related roleStrong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, insightful reports and presentationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesGreat attention to detail, with a high standard of accuracy in financial reportingExperience in fintech or payments is a plus
