They offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where leaders can make a significant impact on the business in Japan.■About the PositionThis is a key leadership role to head the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function for the Japan market. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing investment projects, and managing a diverse team. This position acts as a crucial business partner, representing the Japan FP&A function in both local and global initiatives.■Responsibilities・Lead all budgeting and forecasting processes for financial and non-financial sectors within Japan.・Oversee boutique investment projects.・Represent the FP&A function in local and global projects.・Manage a team, including business partners from all business divisions and corporate functions.■Requirements・Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in the consumer goods industry.・Experience managing projects and leading/coordinating cross-functional teams.・Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.・Excellent leadership and team management skills.・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.・Exceptional communication and presentation skills.■Expected Annual SalaryJPY 15,000,000 - JPY 21,000,000■BonusYES / 15%■JOB ID: VAC-277155To apply for this position, please click the 'Apply' button above and fill in the required information.
