The FP&A team is also responsible to own and animate the financial planning calendar and timelines, make sure inputs to the planning cycle are of high quality and enable senior management to understand key hunting grounds and major opportunity and risks to deliver the financial equation. This role specifically is responsible for Cash forecasting for the Ireland market and supports the FD and Head of FP&A in delivering the cash improvement agenda.About The RolePerform extensive financial analysis and bring insight to the data from different business dimensions on Cash for the Ireland market.Ensure delivery of a robust annual plan, monthly performance rhythm and analysis on CashEnsure delivering timely information and insights, forecasting.Generate ad hoc analysis to enable the organization to make high quality decisions on cash and support customer terms negotiations.Give guidance within and to other teams as well related to planning & analysis & forecasting,Resolve complex problems independently.Lead and mentor the broader FP&A teamMain ResponsibilitiesPartner with In-market Finance and Regional team on efficiency and strategic projects to deliver cash targetsPartnering with other business functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, whilst owning an effective control environment.Collaborate with senior internal partners and peers, encouraging positive relationships, providing them with detailed and timely reporting, and addressing spontaneous inquiries to support comprehensive planning.Support the FP&A team, mentor and coordinate themEnsure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as wellAbout YouBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling with a focus on cash managementExperience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environmentProficient in BFC, BW, SAP, and PowerBI solutionsStrong background in financial and commercial analysisProven track record of connecting with partners at various levelsAbility to adapt to different market environments and culturesAbility to independently resolve sophisticated problemsProficient in EnglishBenefits Of Working HereUnique Family Leave opportunityWe work without border - you will work with people from all over the worldYou will deal with world class brand portfolioWide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communitiesProduct Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shopWe won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a GymUrban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop BarInclusion & DiversityCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
