FP&A Lead/Assistant Lead, Regional Business Intelligence & Planning

Job DescriptionPart of the team that owns the preparation of Shopee management reports, short and long-term regional financial forecastsAct as a country PIC who partners closely with local FP&A team to produce the most up-to-date insights into country’s actual performance, prepare monthly and quarterly forecast, prepare variance analysis between actual and forecast and drive forecasting accuracyPerform regional consolidation for Actuals, Forecast and draw insights for senior management’s decision makingAutomate and improve the efficiency of different FP&A processesDefine key performance metrics for the organization, align with different groups of stakeholders, and implement the changeManage end-to-end special projects (e.g. problem definition, hypothesis testing) and implement changeMentor / manage junior team membersRequirementsBachelor's Degree and above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field7 - 10 years of relevant experiences in FP&A or related disciplinesExposure to e-Commerce, FMCG, consumer technology is preferredStrong attention to detail, hands-on, organised, able to multitask effectively and deliver consistently good quality workStrong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic and team-oriented environmentBe able to drive projects end-to-end from defining problem, solutioning, managing stakeholders, implementing and trackingKnowledge of programming languages (ie. SQL and Python) is advantageousCritical thinker and good problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsPeople management experience is a plus
