Job Summary:The FP&A Manager oversees the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.This role provides insights into business performance, drives financial efficiency, and partners with leadership to guide the company’s financial strategy.Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.Develop financial models to support business decisions and investments.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, HR) to align financial goals.Support strategic planning, cost control initiatives, and scenario analysis.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in financial reporting.Improve FP&A processes and implement automation or analytics tools where possible.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle).Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
