The company is committed to providing high-quality, tailored financial solutions to drive business growth and success.The ideal candidate is a finance leader who will be responsible for providing tech-enabled strategic finance services to our CFO services clients. Specific responsibilities include providing CFO leadership to the clients, periodic finance support and insights, assisting the client in strategic transactions and helping build or supplement the in-house finance capabilities.Roles and responsibilities:Formulate the client company’s financial direction through providing input on the company’s business model, business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting and forecasting.Assist the client CEO and his Board in strategic transactions such as not but not limited to fundraising, M&A transaction, strategic partnerships, and strategic initiatives.Assist the client CEO and the Board by overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations functions.Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process, preparing analyses and reports for clients.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand the business, identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide actionable insights.Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors.Provide coaching and mentorship to in-house finance staff.Qualifications:CPA, CFA, CMA, and other relevant financial management and leadership certifications are preferred.Master’s degree in business, finance and accounting are preferred.Minimum of 12 years of related finance experience.Prior experience as CFO, VP-Finance, Controller, Finance Director, Finance Manager, FP&A Director/Manager and other senior leadership positions for a startup, small or mid-sized company in any industry is advantage.Advanced and above average Excel proficiency and practical experience for building and maintaining financial models.Entrepreneurial, curious and a “big picture” mentality.Above average communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts in a comprehensible way.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.Knowledgeable in various cloud accounting systems, ERPs, and business intelligence software.What we offer:Chill environment.
