We've helped companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500s.We’re looking for a Fractional Performance Lead, GTM — a strategic and hands-on operator who can lead client engagements, own full-funnel growth, and shape the foundation for long-term client success. This role begins as a fractional (part-time contract) position with the potential to convert to full-time.About the RoleYou’ll guide clients across every stage of growth—from paid acquisition through conversion, retention, and lifetime value optimization. You’ll define ICPs, build messaging frameworks, create creative briefs, and lead full-funnel testing and optimization.About Your Experience7+ years in growth/marketing with client-facing leadership experienceExpertise across acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and conversion rate optimizationTrack record defining ICPs, segmentation, and value propositionsStrong knowledge of CAC/LTV, attribution, and forecastingExperience with GA4, Looker, HubSpot, SFDC, Optimizely/VWO, Amplitude/Mixpanel, etc.Experience in fintech, insurtech, or crypto preferredAbout YouOwner mentalityLow-ego collaboratorStructured thinkerBias to actionWhat You’ll DoLead client engagements as primary strategic partnerBuild GTM foundations: ICPs, segments, and messaging frameworksOversee paid acquisition and CRO strategiesEstablish analytics dashboards and reporting frameworksCollaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teamsMentor teammates and improve internal playbooksWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to work with leading fintech and financial services brandsOwnership of client GTM directionFlexible fractional structure (15–25 hours/week)Competitive hourly/project-based compensationPotential for full-time conversion
