We’re seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support franchise owners, strengthen operational performance, and help drive the success of our nationwide network.About the RoleThe Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) is the primary support partner for Iron Valley franchise owners. In this role, you’ll coach, guide, and empower franchisees to grow their businesses, recruit and retain agents, maintain brand standards, and implement the systems that make Iron Valley unique. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and the bridge between franchise owners and the corporate team.This role is perfect for someone who loves helping business owners succeed, has a strong operational mindset, and thrives in a fast-growing franchise environment.What You’ll DoServe as the main point of contact for assigned franchise ownersConduct regular coaching calls and performance reviewsSupport franchisees with operations, agent recruitment, marketing execution, and business planningGuide new offices through onboarding and launch milestonesConduct field visits to support operations, training, and brand complianceMonitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to support the systemProvide insights from the field to help shape corporate strategyDeliver virtual or in-person training sessions for franchise owners and agentsUphold and reinforce Iron Valley brand standards across all locationsWhat You Bring3–7+ years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, real estate operations, or multi-unit managementStrong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of business operations; real estate experience preferredAbility to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable plansConfident presenter with strong facilitation skillsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple franchise relationshipsWillingness to travel 25–40% as neededAlignment with Iron Valley’s values: authenticity, accountability, collaboration, and gritWhy Iron ValleyIron Valley is a modern, fast-growing real estate franchise brand built on realness, community, and genuine partnership.
