Our client, a QSR brand, is looking for a Franchise Operations Lead to manage franchise partner relationships and support business growth across SEA regionThis role will act as the key liaison between corporate teams and franchise partners, driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Development, Technology, Procurement and Quality.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Partner ManagementServe as the primary contact for franchise partners across the region.Conduct regular business reviews and monitor franchise performance.Ensure alignment with brand standards and operational guidelines.Sales Growth & ProfitabilitySupport regional growth strategies and evaluate marketing initiatives.Analyse performance metrics, pricing impact, and profitability drivers.Operational ExcellencePartner with franchisees to improve restaurant operations, guest experience, and service performance.Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement action plans.Development & ExpansionSupport franchise partners with new store openings, remodels, and network expansion.Track development pipelines and help drive sustainable restaurant growth.Requirements5+ years experience in franchise operations, multi-unit retail, or hospitality.Strong understanding of operations, marketing, development and financial performance.Experience working with franchise partners or multi-market stakeholders.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced regional environment.
