By joining Drama Kids Canada, franchisees become part of a dynamic and supportive network, empowering youth through the performing arts.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Drama Kids Franchisee in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. As a Drama Kids Franchisee, you will oversee the operation and growth of your franchise, including managing and delivering drama programs, recruiting and supporting instructors, and conducting marketing initiatives to promote enrollment. Responsibilities include maintaining high program standards, building positive relationships with students and parents, and collaborating with the wider Drama Kids network to ensure program excellence and success.QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.Organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities to oversee operations effectively.Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills to support staff and build a collaborative environment.Marketing and outreach skills, including experience in community engagement and promotional activities.A passion for youth development and the performing arts, with experience in teaching, theater, or drama (preferred).Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a business, including budget planning and financial management.Proficiency with technology for administrative tasks and remote work.Franchise Fee of $30,000 is payable at time of signing franchise agreement.
