We are proud to be a BCorp.About The Role 🖥️As a fraud analyst, you will be responsible for handling daily fraud operations: suspicious payments or other customer activities. You enable a safer platform for our users and help Vestiaire Collective manage fraud risks along end-to-end user journey (signup, login, password change, listing, checkout, return, etc… ).Who you are ⭐You have a Bachelor's (Int’l), and preferably 2 years experience in related e-commerce FraudYou’re passionate about identifying and stopping fraudulent activities and ringsYou have experience with CNP (card not presented transactions), BNPL and different alternative payment methodsYou demonstrate excellent analytical and investigative skills, a keen eye for detail and an ability to think criticallyYou are data driven, have a solid track record leveraging SQL, BI tool and dashboarding (e.g. Tableau) to make a positive impact on customer metricsYou have experience with fraud detection/Risk management or Trust & Safety activitiesYou are comfortable communicating with various people and teams to get the information you need to help customers outYou are fluent in English communication skills. French is a big plus.What You Will Do 👜You investigate and resolve queued manual review within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses and bad accounts, by analyzing the user network and its surrounding data. You investigate and approve transactions to prevent unauthorized payment. You identify and analyze customer behaviors to surface fraud patterns such as friendly fraud involving delivery, return or chargeback, theft or account takeover and similar other risks. You partner with a Senior Fraud Specialist to design and implement fraud prevention strategies, improving Vestiaire Collective systems' efficiency.
