We commit to attract & develop talent and retain a team of motivated & satisfied employees"What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in SQL, Process optimization, Microsoft Power BI, KPI tracking, Implementation planning.English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Key Activities* Phase 1: Process Review and Optimization* Conduct a comprehensive review of existing fraud operations processes.* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas.* Develop detailed recommendations for process streamlining.* Create a high-level plan for process improvement.* Develop metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms.* Phase 2: Project Rollout and Implementation* Client + this resource will develop an implementation roadmap based on expected benefit/impact of identified opportunities in phase 1.* Develop a detailed implementation plan for each identified opportunity.* Phase 3: Education, Training, and Talent Management* Assess current training programs and identify knowledge gaps.* Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum.* Conduct a skills gap analysis.* Develop talent development strategies.* Design performance evaluation criteria specific to fraud analytics and operations.Deliverables* Comprehensive review report of existing fraud operations processes.* Detailed recommendations and high-level improvement plan.* Metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms.* Comprehensive training curriculum.* Implementation plans for prioritized projects.* Skills gap analysis report.* Talent development strategy document.* Performance evaluation criteria.
