Position Summary As a Fraud Support Representative, youwill have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of ourcustomers every single day. You will use sound judgement to assess therisk level when reviewing accounts for possible fraudulent activity. Youwill also assist with investigations on fraud cases with direction fromyour Team Leader. Skills & Attributes Needed The following skills andattributes are needed to be successful in your banking career as a FraudSupport Representative: Attention to detail Proficient knowledge ofbanking terminology Demonstrate mathematical and analytical skills Workindependently as well as part of team Problem solving skills GreatCommunication Qualifications Ideal Candidates Will Possess The Followingqualifications: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality anddiscretion of customer and bank information. Be able to show highattention to detail, with the ability to problem solve basic matherrors. Know how to operate a computer and other standard officeequipment. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and inperson. A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience inbanking and balancing is preferred.
